I had an excellent experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office was very clean, organized, and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. The entire team was gentle, caring, and attentive.

After years of avoiding dental checkups, I finally decided to get the oral health in order & I'm glad I chose Zak Dental. From my initial visit, the team provided a thorough and comprehensive breakdown of everything I needed & helped me understand my options. They got me scheduled for the next day & were super accommodating to my busy schedule. They completed my treatment with minimal discomfort and I honestly didn't think I would find a dental team this welcoming & amazingly skilled, with my budget-friendly insurance. A special thank you to Marilyn and Dr. Pham for their exceptional care while helping to get my smile back on track! 😁🦷

The staff was friendly which I appreciated but, I was disappointed with my overall experience. My appointment turned out to be virtual, and I was not made aware of that beforehand. Then I waited over 30 minutes without being seen. Unfortunately, I had another appointment scheduled and could not continue waiting, so I had to leave before I was ever seen by the provider. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and extended wait time made me feel like my time was not respected. Better communication about the appointment format and more consideration for patients schedules would greatly improve the experience.

I found Zak dental through a search on my insurance company’s website, and I’m so glad I went with Zak dental. Their service has been incredible from the first patient visit. Their communication is beyond excellent and their staff has been highly professional and great at what they do. I’ve had great dentists in the past and yet they weren’t as on top of it as this office is. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I really love the whole Long Beach office. I never liked the dentist before I came to this office I consider them as my family. Everyone in the office there are so helpful and so pleasant from the time you walk in the door until you leave. I will encourage anyone who has any dental problem to go to this dentist office. Never had a problem with him always treat me with respect and kindness. I will never go to any other dentist but this one and I hope all of the workers there have a wonderful Easter..
